The world is divided between two great powers. Both sides are working secretly to produce lethal weapons of mass destruction to dominate the whole world. Then comes the day of the most devastating war in the history of human kind, when both sides fire their weapons and attack each other. They shower the whole earth with a poisonous and hot acid rain. All adults on earth die…as the younger generations on both sides of the world have been vaccinated to enhance their skeletons for protection against the effects of the acid rain; the world is now left to children under twelve. Under the reign of the children’s empire, the world’s peace is restored and they all unite their knowledge and power to create a free, peaceful and friendly world where all citizens are given equal rights.

The children were now living out their lives happily in this utopia they have created…Little did they know that the inventor and producer of the acid rain bombs and his wife are still alive and they are secretly planning to ruin their peaceful lives…

This novel has been translated into German in 1984 and was elected by the Publishers’ Guild of Germany to be included in an exhibition among 300 books, which create a global consciousness of friendship and peace in the minds of the readers. Gülten Dayıoğlu had the honor of being the exclusive representative from Turkey in this significant project.
