GÜLTEN DAYIOĞLU CHILDREN AND YOUTH LITERATURE FOUNDATION gives awards every year in order to contribute to the dissemination of qualified children's and youth literature works and to the training of new generation writers who use our Turkish correctly and simply.

42 previously unpublished works written for readers aged 9-12, which were required to comply with the original children's reality in terms of language, expression and content, were included in the 2023 Children's Novel Award.

Gülten Dayıoğlu Awards Organizing Committee Secretary and Spokesperson, Murat Dayıoğlu, said in his statement; “We aim to purify the Turkish language from negative influences and contribute to the training of new generations of writers and researchers who use Turkish correctly and simply. "Our competition should also be considered as a Turkish homework," he said.

The winner will receive his award and certificate at the ceremony to be held at Bahçeşehir University on May 15, 2024.

2024 AWARDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FIRST YOUTH NOVEL BRANCH

Gülten Dayıoğlu Children's and Youth Literature Awards in 2024; It will be awarded in the "First Youth Novel" category.

Those who want to participate in these awards, which are organized to bring original books with various genre features to contemporary Turkish children's literature, can apply until December 31, 2024. The results will be announced on April 23, 2025.
